Molly’s Week.

This blog is all about me. On Monday I went to Morrison’s and for a walk around Kirkham.  In the afternoon I worked hard in yoga with Anna.  On Tuesday I went to the hotel.  I made the beds and watched the washing machine spinning.  After the hotel we went to feed the bird in St Annes and to the park.  On Wednesday I went out with Mark, we went on the bus to Lytham.  In the afternoon I went swimming at Pear Tree pool.  Today I have researched leisure activities and done aerobics and I did some painting.

A letter from the Queen.

Posted by cbutterworth in General News

Last term some students from the Sixth Form, Senior 2 and the Compass Centre planned and arranged a garden party for the Queens 90th Birthday.  It was lots of fun, we all dressed up in red, white and blue and sang lots of songs.  We even had some students dressed up as members of the Royal Famly.  After the garden party, the students wrote letters wishing the Queen a very happy birthday and telling her all about it.

Recently we recieved this lovely letter and card in reply from Buckingham Palace.

Hello

We have had a great first half term in the Compass Centre.  We’ve been busy getting to know our three new students, who have all settled in really well.  It’s also been great to see all our other students working hard and getting used to their new timetables.

We just wanted to share some photographs of our amazing students hard at work over the last 8 weeks.

Hope everyone has a good holiday.

The Compass Centre Team 🙂
